In September 2024, I joined OLIVER, one of London’s largest design agencies, which embeds dedicated creative teams within client organisations. I was placed on the Clarion Events account, working specifically across the Enthusiasts portfolio—covering The Baby Show, Spirit of Christmas, the Classic Motor Show, and the Destinations travel shows. Based in Clarion’s office, I collaborate daily with their marketing and production teams to deliver a year-round calendar of work, consistently meeting tight print and digital deadlines.
As the lead designer on these events, I oversee end-to-end creative across every channel: print (direct mail, leaflets, and large-format show banners and walls), digital and social campaigns, and motion content. I storyboard, develop, and edit trailers and promotional videos in multiple aspect ratios and formats, and recently contributed to a TV advert for the Classic Motor Show. Alongside campaign work, we design and develop each show’s website annually—refreshing UX/UI, building new components and landing pages, and ensuring performance and accessibility standards across devices. Over the past year, I also led the creative direction for three full show rebrands, delivering new visual identities, comprehensive brand guidelines, and coordinated rollouts across print, digital, websites, and on-site environments.
Working within OLIVER’s embedded model has significantly sharpened my client communication and stakeholder management—running daily check-ins to align on requirements and timelines, and coordinating with third-party printers and TV producers. It has also deepened my craft: managing complex print specifications across varied sizes, and elevating my motion skills in After Effects to produce high-quality, platform-ready video content from scratch.
While at Oliver I have completed extensive AI training in Pencil and Adobe Firefly, and, off the back of this, partnered with the client to generate on-brand content used across campaigns and on-site at the shows.

Within the digital team, I hold the role of lead digital designer, shouldering significant responsibilities for this aspect of the agency's projects.
In this role, I have undertaken various tasks from the initial inception with the brand team to working closely with clients and developing wireframes and designs for the websites. During my tenure at Skylark, I honed my skills in flexibility, communication, and problem-solving within a medium-sized team. Collaborating closely with senior designers, I adeptly managed production schedules, ensuring timely and high-quality project deliveries. As a digital designer, I've successfully led diverse projects, ranging from websites for major financial institutions to luxury holiday companies and even the new kit launch for Arsenal F.C. From client presentations to overseeing wireframes, design rounds, and liaising with overseas developers, I've showcased my leadership and collaboration abilities throughout each project stage. As a 'can-do' individual, I consistently go above and beyond, whether coordinating with junior designers or engaging in client presentations.
